Kissie has demonstrated correct working temperament, demeanor, and behavior in addition to having a wonderful comformation.
She is pictured above moving across the pasture. I'm sure you noted her excellent angulation, wonderful tuck up, excellent depth of chest and incredible bone .... all clearly visible at only 4 1/2 months!

And I know you can see that Kizzie's head is magnificant!!!

In this picture KIZZIE is watching newborn triplets. She is very cautious as I've chosen a very tough older nanny for Kizzie's introduction to kidding. This nanny teaches Kizzie respect for the nanny and her kids by permitting nothing other than total submission from Kizzie when Kizzie is near the nanny and her kids!

Note the distance Kizzie has learned to keep from the nanny (unless Kizzie is crawling... then the nanny allows Kizzie closer). Note the nanny's watchfulness... she is prepared to enforce the distance with her horns if Kizzie comes closer. You also can see how clearly Kizzie is signaling with her head position that she intends no problem for the nanny... Kizzie has the head position indicating compliance to the nanny's will. (The kids are one hour old.) You can also see that Kizzie knows to move slowly... nanny's become agitated if a dog moves too quickly around her newborns!

Kizzie is pictured here at 3 1/2 months of age playing with what's left of a predator's skin provided to her by my adult dogs. Kizzie clearly possesses a body with substance, excellent overall balance, great depth of chest, and wonderful rear angulation.

As you can see, Kizzie is a large boned female pup with excellent type and a wonderful head. Kizzie is pictured here at 8 weeks.


Kizzie interacts well with my llamas and goats, exhibiting excellent early working livestock guardian demeanor and behaviors. She also has a wonderful temperament.


At twelve weeks of age Kizzie weighed 40 pounds on the vet's scale.
